1. Going Green: Lessons from Working in the Oil and Gas Industry

It is easy being green. Saving the planet for future generations is more important than ever, but having information overload can be confusing and stressful. Learn how to get started with small “going green” things, by hearing about the lessons learned and shared from the oil and gas industry and what the industry is doing to go green.

2. Naming Elephants: Building a Culture to Discuss Undiscussables

This workshop presents a plan for leaders to explore the key principles of the book, Naming Elephants, by Susan Hammond. Understanding concepts such as “undiscussables”, saying vs. doing, and intent vs. impact will give leaders an action plan to implement and apply principles that create a culture of open communication.

3. Getting the Most from Your Brain: Working with Rather Than against What Nature Gave You

Recent research is refining the scientific understanding of brain function. This presentation will review various findings with an eye toward understanding how to enhance personal productivity and interactions with employees and customers from the perspective of the brain.

4. Circle of Life Health and Wellness Coaching

The Circle of Life process assists individuals to develop a balanced and more fulfilled life while juggling daily demands. In this workshop participants will receive an explanation and overview of the Circle of Life Process. A Circle of Life Assessment evaluating 12 aspects of life will be completed. Participants also will practice mind/body self care and create an action step based on identified desired changes.

5. Time Mastery
